Beams.... proprty does usually rise 2 years after a stkmtk crash and that could well happen again. Because i reckon overall ASX has another 2yrs of weakness i don't expect property to do anything for ages. When bank shares start rising that will indicate their level of bad debt has steadied which will indicate property mkt has started to regain some strength. Interestingly very few HC posters have a bank in their 'top5' list for 2009.
