I agree with your comments. The plcmnt levels have been 23, 26, and recently 27. Where Sandell themselves participated. The stock has moved from 33.5 to 22.5 close and is now in line with the Nasdaq level hence removing the arb component which has been there for the last 2 weeks. Lets c what happens today but gut feel it should move higher from here.
