Agree - the point really is that a bid target only looks silly if an SP is way below it.

If we were already say 4 bucks - then, 6 bucks wouldn't look very silly at all.

But, that is the point - there is a massive gap between value and price - many people get the two confused.

Price is what you pay - value is what you get.

Anyone running a ruler over a company to buy - comes up with a figure -------- that figure is value.

From there - they play with another figure ---------- price.

Pretty much all of us here talk and think inside 'price' -

Unless the 'price' is way above the 'value' figure for an interested party - in pretty well any negotiation - then, a deal is potentially on the cards.
