thecableguy: Whilst I am quite to very bullish myself in respect to PCL's future, I have nevertheless some doubts about some of the points that you mention and would just like to voice those as follows.
a) FLOW
Flow is unfortunately not really a good/solid partner to have. No wonder that they are having problems going forward with L6. But I am still hopeful on this because if the grounds are good/great, new partners will come "into the game" in due course...
b) MALTA
Really doubt very much a positive outcome on this one within a reasonable timeframe (due to the highly charged political issues at stake). Hence, I believe that absolutely NOTHING will happen with this project during the next 3 to 5 years. So be it...
c) BANIYAS
Is a very interesting and promising project. However, it is for sure delayed to next year.
