I guess, under ASX Listing Rule 3.1 information required to be disclosed by the company must be disclosed immediately.
However, ASX has also given guidance that “immediately” does not mean “instantaneously”, but rather than “promptly and without delay”.
DEG could just need extra time to gather, interpret and verify information in order to report the results whether it is in part or a whole - which could be up to the company to interpret “promptly and without delay”.
