I have been in touch with ASX regarding my concern about the amiguity of their announcement and the claims in that media article that the announcement contains incorrect information. Below is an extract of their reply:
"Please note that the company in question is currently being investigated, and ASX will ensure that there is an informed market prior to the re-commencement of trading in the securities of NKP."
So I take that to mean if they start trading on Monday, we will be aware of the facts.
