As usual, you raise good, valid points. I appreciate you and bigmac keeping us holders from burying our heads too deep in the sand, although I don't really understand why you both have such an interest in this stock being non-holders.
But I'm not intersted in seeking retribution for directors' past actions, or inactions. At the moment I just want a level playing field where everything relevant is disclosed.
I'm not saying they should not have to answer for past wrong-doings, but I'll leave that to someone else to pursue.
