Yes @OnlineBroke most of us are assuming pre-offtake sales will seriously reduce the amount of capital needed to get the plant reactivated.

Basically the fact we have ex Normandy experts and a financier at the helm, and the cautious approach gives me confidence they will work the way around this problem of "we get owned by the bank" ..but on the basis of a loan? Surely this has to be viewed in the context of capacity to repay, not just that interest rates are high. If you combine that with further resource extensions the picture is different
