i'm with harlee, your assumptions are conservative. However in a market like this, conservative is necessary.
There are two other assumptions that need to be added to the list however trivial they may be.
1, there needs to be competition amongst bidders (more than one)
2, Peter Mac and friends of EXT need to remain in control of the board.
If these two are met, then there is no chance of being sold out cheap and neither of the bidding parties will allow its competitor to pay anything under a fair value for our resource.
