Good thread so close to the vote next week.

Just a quick question though. If Tullow were to change their bid and offer either an increase in the bid price (say $2.20) or perhaps a larger scrip percentage able to be converted into TLW shares, would they not have to revise all their offer documents? Produce another SOA for shareholders to consider, etc?

I guess the other possibility should a NO vote eventuate is that Tullow have to turn hostile and possibly acquire a percentage of HDR on market and then another bid. I'm not sure what the ASX rules are regarding this?

Anyway, the point of this ramble is that all this seems an expensive and messy process for Tullow if this vote does not go their way...

It is still hard to see another bidder entering the process at this stage but I hope the substantial shareholders are getting their best lobbyists on the case!!!
