    Na... Only sale and leaseback under operating lease is off balance sheet. WLD's fleets are financing lease which are balance sheet item. WLD accounts for depreciation as expense /lease repayment as liability. WLD has substantial economic risks rather than the lessor and is liable to balloon payment at the lease end to purchase the vessel.
