The following is pure speculation on my part.
Buuuut, what if Mesoblast found another company infringing on its Patents?
It would initiate legal Action I guess, but would it call a Trading Halt? Let alone a suspension of Trading?
If this is something to do with Lawyers it's going to be a negative on the stock and take a long time to clear.
A lot of speculation involves potential Partner negotiations, but I find that unlikely this would lead to suspension of Trading.
Could some suspicion of criminal activity leading to an intenal investigation?
Why did Osiris exit the stem cell business back in 2013? Selling it to Mesoblast for $100M.
The longer this goes on the more fishy it smells.
