I think you put both of your feet in it with that comment. Because, if their intention was not to be around for a long while and as you wrote short-term, one would think that they would try their utmost in pushing the sp UP, AND NOT DOWN.

If someone was to come out now and do a T/O offer, God help us mate. The offer that we will get will give you and us, a very rude awakening.

This time, IMHO, your BR has left you unstuck.
