I agree with you completely skankr, ebt has potential but you are better waiting for them to get some runs on the board. they have debt of $1.4 million that needs to be repaid at the end of this year and only $1.3 million in cash, thats why they are raising money. they are are cash flow negative and so there financial position isn't great.

they promise a lot but are always experiencing delays. if they don't raise as much as they expect from the current share issue then they could have problems. I will be waiting to see if they survive before investing. it can be a good one to trade as the company and the shareholder you mentioned are always ramping it and you do get blips like today before the selling comes in.
