My exit price will vary with time,
Short term (Before Jan) I would exit at anything above 25c, with longer term goals depending on the results of the AGM and other details released such as next years report. If there is a small bounce in the property (commercial) market within the next 6-12 months (say 5% increase in value overall), I believe that we are targeting over 40c for the end of next year (Fair price) remember that it may go higher and lower, But I wont speculate on that, again its what I would pay.
I would need to see evidence of a recovery sector wide before I paid anywhere near this amount though.
