sqtrades, I question your assumption that "people are dumping their 10c shares." This share went down as low as sub 3 cents, and we don't know who dumped today. But your point regarding the nature of trades is correct. This process redefines the floor, and today was actually quite a heartening exercise as the price rebounded to "normal" in recent terms. No panic. No en masse heading for the exits.

Patience, as has been put in many posts, is the key here.
