fRANTIC....yes chartists sell if their indicaters turn downward and trigger their stoploss depending on which indicators are used....given that there are 100,s of indicators it depends on which ones suit the type of stock....to get it right it can be very scientific...some may use MACD convergence /divergence with say bollinger bands and StockRSI...but the underlining thing is trend direction.......one more cliche..."the trend is your frined"
