My view on halt, page-19

I think it would be "unusual" for a Trading Halt to state as a reason "for appointing an underwriter to the Option issue"[paraphase]
and then announce some other financing "scheme" such as Major China Investor is taking a cornerstone position or something as suggested in posts here.

IMO if it was for [TH] for some other/extra Positive financial arrangement than ensuring Full Option excercise
then it would have been stated in the reason for Trading Halt request.
A line like- Request for announcing Significant Financial arrangement or something like that.
