Stocks generally maintain a certain level once financing is settled and commence construction. So i take it to be around 70-100m market cap for MSR. After that a break to 100m and beyond would require a successful ramp up.
PGI an example or perhaps EVG old ticker.
Anyway good luck to CVR. quarterly should be out today for both companies.
