Yeah, but there could be some convenience in that (ie using Asian Mineral): I expect (but am not sure) that there's deeper liquidity in the Canadian bourse than the ASX, and if Asian Mineral's is a ready, willing and able listing shell that has exhausted its current purpose (that comes with a management team), it makes the deal work to roll KAS into it...
