I’ll start by saying that I’ve been in this stock since 2016… it’s been a hell of a journey.
I received a call today checking on my vote … so I can assume for the first time the company is taking this seriously.
I am deeply upset about the dilution and share price reaction to the whodat acquisition… and the fact that management seemingly don’t care about shareholders.
i cannot and will not support management loading up on options and shares at a low price while us shareholders underperform the market and the oil and gas sector.
i am OK with acquisitions that are done as shareholders make money … so at $3 and then next acquisition at $5 etc.
i cannot and will not accept shareholders suffering. Therefore I am voting against management on this and I would like a buyback implemented… while share price is low - at $3+ I would support a better use of capital (like acquisitions).
