In Price Update brochure says:
From 1st July 2015 Your bill may change because of the prices set by the independent pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) .
From 1st July 2016 we are proposing to lower prices over the next four years.
This means each household will save $100 each year.
Do they think we are nuts?
