IB is the best...I used them in NY...dirt cheap...excellent for Futures..........Its the e-Mini S&P, "H" the letter for March, 6 for 2016.the active Contract. Might be ESH16....not sure...look at URL, and image

The "Big" ones i.e. non "mini", have prefix SP, but less popular...more costly,you have 250 times the value of the Index (vs. 50 with the e-minis), trading in 1/10th increments of a point (vs 0.25 of a point for the e-minis)...of course it costs 5 times as much to open a position!!
