With the 30 week ma turning upward(Weinstein style) I'm keenly watching for a close above 9.1c weekly as I have the expectation that a natural accumulation (want/need) rally will occur hoisting price north of my second line at 11.5c which will/could/should once again become support while short term profit takers supply the market.
Breaking the 11.5c should be the trigger to larger players currently sidelined to look towards accumulating stock as price will then be creating higher highs and higher lows. The price area in general will become quite appealing to those looking to trade / manipulate with 5% increments.(It's actually less volatile to buy sub 10c)
The underlying fundamentals are there the stadium is being built the players will arrive and the crowd will pay to be apart of it.
