    make a phone call to legal aid in your state...if you are on part / full pension etc you should qualify for free counciling , if not do seek a lawyer...
    the house may be separated 50/50..but maybe as if you divorce her super then becomes 50/50 as does your super...50/50..
    only my opinion..seek legal advice...
    If you still wish to co habit ...get a form of mutual agreement...and/or bequest your super to your children as well as the house etc...only my opinion...seek legal advice
    she on the odds of longevity will prob outlive you anyway..then again .if she files for divorce!!!!!..seek legal advice...
    Count your lucky stars you do not have dependent children upon you....
