Thks for opinions. I need to clarify further.
She does not want to give me divorce. She will not care if I leave the House but I am not that financially strong to start all fresh again. I am retired semi-retired. I am not entitled for Pension with joint income/assets. Here I point out Government laws. I paid tax whole my working career as single entity. When comes to benefit they consider joint income/assets.
Going to Solicitor and fight case I might win but at what cost?
She is disbursing her Super already to her wishes.
What about my Super invested in our house in joint names (50/50)?
