The Supreme Court case could terminate around Jan 16 or before.
The record date will be around Jan 19.

The witching day would seem to be Jan 19....the amount in round figures is 1/2 billion, Twelve times more than the $40 million require to pay a normal div. (((usually around 10 cents))Makes me wonder given TTS could no longer be funding expensive legislation by then if we r going to get a whopping special div. Merry Christmas to all coupled to all those greedy instos grabbing capital gain as we move thru a price rise.
