I was shocked/saddened/anxious to read in the ann that MY was "retiring" (as MD).
Let's face it, it has been the drive, foresight & enthusiasm of "BCI's first employee" that has catapulted BCI way in front of its competitors and we all owe him a lot for what he has achieved. MY is a hard act to follow and MB has big shoes to fill...

My next thoughts are: What is MY going to do?
Is it connected with Brazil, Henghou or FMG?
I am sure these questions will all be answered in time - I only wish they could be answered in time for the "MY fan-club" to invest in his next venture!
