    sure but who follows "international law" these days? Australia in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria?

    if Westerners stay out of this issue, including with arms, then the Burmese can resolve in Burma according to natural principles

    no need to contribute to a new Syria, a new Ukraine, etc
