Apart of what has already been discussed regarding how things work in south east Asia (politics,corruption,bribery etc). I am starting to think that it may be a good thing IF we win a bid, and thats a big IF.
My initial concern was if TTE won and was there alone, but forgot to realize that there is lots of blocks on offer and lots of oversea entities bidding for a block... Comes back to safety in numbers (in my mind) how many international companies can the government screw if once the bids are done with. It would be an international fiasco and put Myammar in the spot light. Would they do that to themselves against what could possibly 10 or more different O&G organisations?

Makes one think, sorry just ranting out aloud.
