    None of my own.

Heard it is worth a look but might be playing Russian roulette with funding under the banner of doing the best for existing shareholders (ie not diluting before possible news). Classic Board/Management dilemma - most make the wrong decision and hold out like PYC management did a few years ago . . . . . When I think back to how this company was run . . . . Anyway - the metamorphosis is almost complete and I was lucky enough to get my hands on some in the meantime.

I've linked this before but in case you didn't get to read it -

Read the management line - again and again and again. If you are happy with the Board and management of DXB then sweet. If not - get out - none of us have control in a publically listed company (not even when there is a concentration of ownship like PYC - still taken about 2-3 years to sort out a rock solid commercial way forward). The PYC Board is pretty good now but I'd be in favour of it looking even more commercial as long as we have a credible SAB. Take a look at the ADO threads for proof that Board/Management is crucial - they just kicked off their second Board member in 2 years. If you are happy with Board/Management at DXB and their access to cash and strategy then the SP is noise on the journey IMHO.

I reckon Chris Behrendbuch played a part in shaking up the biotech Board/Management world in Aussie biotechs and I must congratulate him on this as shareholders are responding to the lack of performance that he exposed. Check this out -

I had thought of him as a very smart but arrogant 'throw stones' commentator but this is the real deal and he deserves the recognition.

I'm outta here again - don't want to get sucked back in to reading a posting all the time. All the best.
