    But here is my GUESS

    Active TB is mostly PULMONARY. Sputum Culture is thge Holy Grail test


    But there is ExtraPulmony TB and Sputum does not test................


    A significasnt reading PPV (posiive Predictive Value) is got from certain QFTG results,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
