Stores and shopping centres. need to revamp and revitalise themselves to bring back customers to make it more of an experience to go shopping. The best book I ever read on that was The Popcorn Report and it's still relevant today. Many stores won't return because of the high rents. There are still shoppers but discounting kills loyalty.
