Just spoke to my broker who works for one of the lead brokers for the float, and he said that they did get cut back about 10% (although he was kind enough to give me my full allocation!).
He also said that interest is building, with a number of brokers starting to say that they wished they had applied for more.
Articles in the Fin Review are also turning quite positive (I think they reported that UBS had published a "bullish case" valuation of $6.70, even though UBS is not one of the leadbrokers). They also reported that the roadshows in the USA had gone very well with institutions there asking for allocations of stock.
I guess you take all this with a grain of salt, but the general drift is that the talk on the street is turning more bullish as we approach the listing date next Monday.
Fingers crossed for a low price for the shares (to be announced on Friday). The pull back in the market this week may help a bit.
