With all the fees associated with getting this float off successfully you wouldnt expect the investment community to be telling the real truth about what they feel about the pricing.
I just feel so sorry for the people who have their super not under their own control. I guess managed super funds will buy it not because they get taken to nice lunches but perhaps because they see it as a really sensible investment.
there will be some who think the australian investing public are just mugs and will happily take all the share sale proceeds off shore..
17 x earnings people...isnt this historically a bit steep....isnt 10 x more reasonable.
My guess is this one will trade at 10x earnings within 12 months. And not because the earnings have risen commensurately.
DYOR just my personal view..i of course am hoping they will trade at 10x..then i might buy some..
bought djs below 2.80 on similar thought.
