Agree, SL won’t make a move in this market with plenty of uncertainties. BoD will probably brand him as an opportunistic vulture.
I think SL would leave it until the dirt settle by July, after the next quarterly report, then perhaps pick it up for cheap, rescuing the company without any resistance from the BoD and holders.
