IMO, I think the Lew factor is just only one of several possible outcomes. Granted, he has a significant holding but is it enough to assume he will end up controlling Myer? The current management team have delivered so far and there is clearly substantial upside for all shareholders if the underlying potential can be delivered. Hopefully the AGM will give further colour to what seems to be a developing story.
