People misunderstand the benefit of buybacks, instead of paying 1c dividend buy back shares, if the price doesn't go up buy back more, keep buying them back until they can start paying 10c per share dividend, ie; eps are much stronger. Warren Buffett has quite literally built his empire largely on this strategy, MYR are so smashed after the last 10 years I think a few years of reversing the horrible dilution would be a good reward for shareholders.
