I was at Myer last year and it was the same thing.
Absolutely packed out and way over staffed. Good thing for the consumer, not great for the company bottom line.
But.....next time try looking at the registers. Visitors aren't transferring to sales.
I love Myer, but the stock itself does seem to suck.
