Maybe you missed the part about MYR doing at total of about 1% of it's sales online(as per Bernie Brookes response to media today).
The leaders of the retailers aim for around 10%.
Did you perhaps fall into the category of annoyed online shoppers (the 1%) and come here to whinge?
Obviously not a great sales pitch for their online presence but i think you'll find they'll recover nicely and grow the % of online sales for the next several years(obviously off a very small base).
I think you'll find the retailers were bursting with customers instore today aswell as online.
