    It's a darn good question. I think it also depends on the type of business and whether it's public or private. For a high quality business at that level an ROI of 25%-30% does seem high. I would expect that the ROI desired would be high single to low double digits but not that high.

    As with you MaximG, I would like clarification on this and happy to stand corrected.
