You are exactly right MojoInvest 8.5% is the going rate 25-30% is GREATER THEN 3 TIMES that amount.
As you said markets are long term, this is by no means a long term investment it is guaranteed income year in year out.
I agree that it is an illiquid asset but so is BRK.A but does that make it any less valuable?
Although you clearly have some logic with what you are saying my argument is that the services business is infact less risky now then the assets. With the current unknown market conditions it is the assets that are most vulnerable, this side of the business on the other hand are contracts that to be broken would require very significant and specific reasons. So I ask you where is the risk?
