I think you will find that the the share prices will mirror each other. I held MSB for a couple of years. They had ASX shares and NASDAQ ADRs that were valued at 5 x ASX shares. It was rare that the value per ASX share was ever more than a few cents off what it should have been. At least, that's how I remember it.
