If they delist from asx and nasdaq onky then yes ainternational account.
Though i lean towards the adr system of stock is bought on market here and transferred to nasdaq and sold or a simple issue of myq shares on the nasdaq that gets added to the total on issue and then trades as MYQ.adr (example) amd the cash raised is added to the bank account.
Thats my uneducated guess
