I wouldn't have thought so. I believe it has been stated that MYQ would not be undertaking any further CR prior to the NASDAQ listing.
Once listed on the NASDAQ potentially other CRs will be done, depending on companies expansion, targets and revenue streams at the time. If future CR are undertaken expect these to be at a much higher level than current SP.
