The CEO's girlfriend has her own company to run in Perth and doesn't travel with him. The CEO also doesn't use company cash for his dinners and things like that when travelling. He is making many many flights per week however, along with the COO, CTO and CFO which is why the travel expenses stack up. They live in hotels 90% of the year as they go around finalising deals and term sheets.
