also there is time value of options, as well as the consideration that while out of the money you can sell heads at say 3.5, 4c and get some of your measely amount of capital back, with options it would obviously be out of the money and worth nil. or maybe 0.003 or somethign abysmal (as we saw just before MYGOA's expired prev).
