Possibly because they are due for conversion and it's not exactly a quick trade... and what do you do while your waiting for the issue of the full priced and the price drifts back under .10?
Risk is far too high on them at the moment in my opinion and are priced according to what the seller is willing to get out at rather than what the buyer is willing to get in at...
If they had another 6 months to run however...
