While i pay some credence to the web stas they are not the be all and end all. To be frank there are some pretty dodgy sites in those rankings. Market share is certainly of more interest. the focus in this thread has been just on people 'n' doctors (i have used health engine and its not that flash) but 1ST have other strings to the bow. in particular pets n vets - people love their pets. I would be more than happy be number 2 for people and number 1 for pets - as long as in the top three in each market in Oz. The platform will grow. i have no doubt.

the market is keeping 1ST down purely because of the perception that cash is need. Next quarters numbers will tell the story. Some people tapped multiple times... and they are still buying. They must know something. Look at US market for these sites/apps and you will see that the only way is up.
