I think that the PFS and BFS quantifies much of the value of the Bawdwin mineral province into numbers we can understand, but as you mentioned there are other opportunities going into the future.
In my opinion, everything else possible over the 40 - 50 years of mining in the location should be considered as an "X Factor", and should be ascribed some value in any takeover.
